My Erasmus+ Experience in Poland: A Journey into Digital Entrepreneurship

"Participating in the Erasmus+ meeting in Poland was a truly eye-opening experience for me. During our stay in Kolbuszowa and Werynia, I had the chance to collaborate with students from Poland and Croatia, which helped me understand different cultural perspectives on business.

The workshops were very practical and engaging. I particularly enjoyed the session at the 'ORZECH' plant, where we learned about essential digital marketing tactics. We also worked in international groups to design an online store, focusing on how to attract our first customers and manage finances effectively. A highlight for me was the 'Economic Field Game' in Werynia, where we applied economic concepts in a fun and competitive way.

Beyond the classroom, visiting the beautiful cities of Rzeszów and Kraków was unforgettable. Walking through the historic streets of Kraków and seeing the local landmarks made the trip even more special. This project didn’t just improve my business skills; it helped me grow as a person and make lasting friendships.

          Learning and Integrating in Poland

"My time in Poland for the Erasmus+ project was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the very first day, when we were welcomed at the market square in Kolbuszowa, I felt a warm atmosphere.

I found the study visit to the University of Rzeszów incredibly useful. We attended workshops on seeking financial support for new businesses and understanding the legal aspects of running a company. It gave me a clear idea of what it takes to start a business from scratch. Another important part was the discussion on 'Green E-commerce,' where we learned how a new business can foster sustainability and protect the environment.

The integration was fantastic. We spent a lot of time with our Polish and Croatian peers, sharing ideas and experiences. Visiting the salt mines and the old town in Kraków provided a perfect balance between learning and sightseeing. I am grateful for this opportunity to improve my English and expand my horizons."

Innovative Business Strategies and Polish Culture

"Taking part in the international meeting in Poland was an exciting adventure. Throughout the week, we focused on the practical side of digital business. One of the most interesting tasks was working in international teams to develop a multimedia presentation that summarized everything we learned about marketing and digital strategies.

The workshops taught me how to identify barriers in the digital market and how to advocate for favorable policies, especially for businesses led by young people. I also enjoyed the visit to the fruit and vegetable processing plant 'ORZECH,' which showed us how digital marketing works in a real-world industrial setting.

We also had plenty of time for sightseeing and fun. Rzeszów and Kraków are stunning cities with so much history. The integration meeting at WMcafe in Kolbuszowa on our final day was a great way to say goodbye to all the new friends we made. I feel much more confident in my professional skills and my ability to work in a multicultural team."

Bridging Knowledge and Practice in Werynia

"My experience in the Erasmus+ program in Poland was both educational and inspiring. The schedule was packed with activities that bridged the gap between theory and practice. For instance, in Kraków, we didn't just see the sights; we also worked on the 'Skill-up trajectory,' learning how to set up an e-store and manage digital content.

I was particularly impressed by the session on 'Green E-commerce' at the school in Werynia. It’s important to know how our business decisions affect the environment. The 'Economic Field Game' was another highlight, as it allowed us to exchange experiences and concepts we had developed in previous stages of the project.

The hospitality of our Polish hosts was amazing. Whether we were having breaks at the school or exploring the landscapes of the Subcarpathian region, the atmosphere was always friendly. I’ve gained valuable knowledge in marketing and business management, and I’ve returned home with wonderful memories and new international friends."
